  1. Game rated TEEN have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older. Titles in this category may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language. If you choose to use vulgar language in game mail to another player, do so at your discretion. In the event the other player is offended and reports you, you will be given a warning, then after that you will be mail banned.

    ANY racial slurs, personal threats pertaining to real life situations, sending messages to and/or bribing other players or friends to badger another player will not be tolerated. If you are unsure about what the limits may be to content you can use regarding your player profile etc, contact MaKaVeLLi Id[1].

  2. The account owner is responsible for their accounts actions at all times. This means that if anyone logs into your account you are held responsible. Keep your email and password secure. No exceptions!

  3. Players are allowed to have a maximum of 2 accounts. This means either per IP address, household, workplace. school or anything equivalent. However for example, this does not mean that a player may have 2 accounts at home and then 2 more from the workplace, school etc on a different IP address.

    WARNING: This will be monitored very closely at all times so you will be required to report any additional accounts to staff so that your IP address can be noted. Failure to do so will result in all accounts and IP addresses being permanently banned from the game server.

    Additional accounts in excess of 2 will be granted for $5 per month is the event a player has more family, room mates etc that need an account on an IP address that already has 2 accounts registered to it. Contact MaKaVeLLi Id[1] for more details. Otherwise owning more than 2 accounts will result in all accounts being jailed. If you are on the same IP address as another player (ex. playing at a friends house), or playing using a proxy server, mail staff and let them know.

  4. By creating a game account & if you decide to donate to www.2452thegame.com, you fully acknowledge, understand, & accept that you are donating for Non-Refunable, Non-Tangible, Online Virtual Goods.

    If you purchase ANY Donator Packs(s), Energy Orb Pack(s), and/or Platinum Packs(s) you will NOT receive a refund for the purchase(s). You will NOT be refunded if you get put in Federal Jail. However, if the game is reset you MAY be credited for the donator pack(s) that you purchased.

  5. If you file a claim or dispute with Paypal to receive a refund for the purposes of this game, your game account, additional game accounts, & the IP address and/or IP adresses in referenece to the said accounts will be suspended INDEFINITELY.

  6. You or anyone else may not take any legal action against 2452TheGame, it's owners, and/or it's players for any reason whatsoever.

  7. We may take legal action against you for any reason we deem necessary.

  8. Do not spam the staff's mailbox. If you have a problem, only send one message. You can view the staff members that are online by clicking on the staff members link found on the explore page. They will deal with your problem in a timely manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.

  9. Do not harass other players or staff members. Harassment for the purposes of this game is defined as but not limited to, the use of ANY racial slurs, personal threats pertaining to real life situations, sending messages to and/or bribing other players or friends to badger another player or bringing personal issues from another online game to 2452TheGame. This will not be tolerated and will result in Federal Jail time.

    Attacking a player or being attacked by another player will NOT constitute harassment regardless of online/offline status. Attacking is part of the game, and you may attack the same player, or get attacked by the same player only 10 times in a 24 hour period.

  10. Scamming will not be tolerated. Any attempt to scam in this game will result in permanent Federal Jail time.

  11. If you know of someone with more than 2 accounts per IP address or household or that is cheating, please report it to a member of staff. You will remain anonymous, and if it is confirmed you may be rewarded.

  12. The selling of game accounts, currency or anything within the game for either real money or in another game currency is not permitted. Any player found doing so will get a 30 day Federal Jail sentence.

  13. Logging in to, or using another person's account will result in deletion of any/all of the offender's accounts. You cannot share an account with friends or family members under ANY circumstances.

  14. The use of Macro programs (refreshers) in the game is monitored and strictly prohibited. Violators of this rule will be placed in Federal Jail and banned from the game immediately... No Exceptions!

  15. Common sense rules are not posted here, if you can't determine the difference between what is acceptable in an online gaming community, and what is not, you should consider not interacting with other people until you do understand.

  16. You agree, understand, & accept that these rules are subject to change without notice, so check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.
